Hello Dave,
Saw you on the Canon website featuring the new Canon 7D! Just got one myself and it’s cool to see a true professional use this camera for still photography. I come from an extensive video background and bought this camera primarily for video shoots. Also was wondering if you’ve ever been to Elko, NV? I grew up there and you’d definitely get some stunning photographs of the American West in and around Elko!

My pony has a brand on her right shoulder, and I am very interested in her past as she came from an auction and we don’t know anything about her. I was interested in your book Brands of the West (someone told us they think from the type of brand that she came from out west) but we can’t find that book anywhere!!! PS she’s a 14.2hh Snowflake Appaloosa, she’s around 8 years old and was trained western when we got her.
But how many of these people actually know how to use their cameras, completely, and know what to do with their pictures after they take them.
We have students ranging anywhere from beginning amateur to professional photographer. Everyone is welcome and everyone will benefit in their own way!
